Student Care Fees
Sailor Student care Payment
Fees are payable during school holidays regardless of student’s
attendance.
Full day fees are not applicable during school holidays and closure
days. (E-learning, Teachers’ Day, PSLE Marking Days).
All fees paid are non-refundable.
Sailors Student Care reserves the right to adjust our fees according top revailing industry rates. Sufficient notice will be given before fees adjustment.

Apart from gazette public holidays, MSF allows Student care to close up to 6
days per year. This will be announced at the beginning of each calendar year.

Policies
By enrolling your child with us, it is taken that consent has been given to Sailors Student Care, its affiliates and assignees, to take, store, and use student’s photograph, written work, videos, films, and voice in any academic work, promotional materials or marketing purposes. If you have concerns, kindly let our staff know during enrollment.
a)A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required to secure a place in the Centre.
b)The full fees; registration fees, 1-month deposit, 1stmonth fees , insurance is payable upon confirmation of a place.
c)Fees are payable on the 5th of each month and parents are strongly encouraged to do so via GIRO
Parents must submitted withdrawal form 1 calendar month in advance of the last day. The last day at the Centre must fall on the last day of the calendar month. Deposit paid will be used to offset the last month’s fee . Failing which, the deposit will be forfeited . Sailors Student Care reserves the right to terminate your child’s enrolment should his/her behavior’s deemed disruptive/ unsafe/ unsuitable for other children/staff in the Centre.
Parents will be notified to fetch their child from SCC should their child have a temperature above37.5 degree Celsius, vomiting, diarrhea, or show symptoms that may potentially be contagious. Affected child will be isolated in the Sick Bay, and parents should pick up their child within an hour of notification . Children recovering from infectious diseases can only return to the Centre when the medical leave has expired and do not show symptoms of illness . When in doubt, the Centre reserves the right to reject entry unless certified fit by a certified doctor . We understand that such unforeseen circumstances may be difficult to manage for parents and guardians. However, we seek your understandings the measures are taken with the interest of other children in the Centre.
Students are allowed to bring and use their electronic devices only for official purposes. Examples are: SLS, Zoom lessons, CCA lessons and making short phone calls to their parents . Usage of electronic devices for leisure purposes are strictly prohibited in the Centre EXCEPT for special occasions such as children’s day, year-end party and field trips . In no event shall the Centre be liable for loss or damage to the students ’mobile devices.
